Warranty And Support
- All electric control parts are guaranteed for 1 year and some mechanical parts are guaranteed for 2 years. We will answer your questions within 24 hours.
- Warranty requirements caused by dysfunction during the warranty period from the time the dealer receives the bicycle, we provide after-sale parts for free.
- For maintenance needs caused by human reasons, replacement parts will be provided at factory price for life.
- Technical support will be provided when necessary like video call, in additional we also visit our customers for after sale service and technical support.
Assembly Guide
For wholesaler who purchase complete bikes, your bikes will arrive mostly assembled.
For wholesalers who purchase parts to assemble, we can provide detailed bikes assembly videos, including step-by-step instructions, which are easy to understand and can be completed without the need for mechanics who disassemble and assemble the bikes.
Factory Price And Delivery
- We can quote you EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP price directly. By sea, or by land transpotation which meet your demand.
Pre-Order New Products
